저의 회사의 Mission Statement 는 다음과 같습니다.

ISI 는 Software 와 Service 에 동등한 중요도를 두며, 일반 업무 보다는 Mission Critical 한 분야 (제약업계...)에 초점을 둠니다. 우리의 초점은 Electronic Document Processing 이지 일반 Software 개발이 아닙니다. 최근에 Software 와 Service 를 두개의 Business Unit로 한 이유도 여기에 있습니다.

우리회사의 Core Value인 Integrity(정직), Satisfaction(고객, 직원, 회사 Owner 의 만족), Innovation(기술혁신) 을 추구합니다. 이 Core Value의 첫글자는 우리회사의 약자 ISI(Image Solutions, Inc.)과도 같습니다. 우리는 회사의 일시적인 손해가 있더라도 고객의 만족에 최우선 순위를 둡니다.

ISI 는 PDF와 WEB 기술을 주로 이용하여 Solution 를 제공하며 제약, 정부 분야에 (은행분야는 아님) 중점을 둔다.

마지막으로 이익의 1/10 은 자선사업에 사용한다 (회사의 십일조). 특히 이것을 명시한 이유는, 그러하지 아니하면 M&A 나 Investment 를 원할때 우리의 사업 본래 의도가 금전에 의하여 약화되는 것을 막기위한 것입니다.
